We recruit recent college graduates from American universities and/or those who are interested in seeking a career in international education. In this role, you will be contributing to the design and implementation of various educational programs, writing/application/cultural workshopsand curricula for our students, including(but not limited to)public talks, summer programs, academic workshops after the application process, and more formal teaching in the social sciences and English at local high schools that we partner with. Pastcounselors have taught history, psychology, economics, critical reading, academic writing, and contemporary culture, and we welcome any new subjects that you have a passion for. In addition, you will also serve the role as a college counselor to mentor students through the application process.

In addition to our entry-level positions, we are always looking for professionals in the field of education. Some of our former and current consultants hail from private education companies and public/private schools.We encourage team members to take the lead on projects, while also collaborating withother staff on curriculum development as well as providing college application advice and guidance to Chinese high school students. Our partnerships with local high schools would give advisors the opportunity to work directly with students in a school setting, while also teaching formal courses in the humanities or any other subject that you may have a passion for; our collaboration with local online education providers also allows opportunities to be engaged in educational videos and electronic textbooks.

Ivyuan offers summer internships to current undergraduate and graduate students, regardless of nationality and background experience. Interns will be exposed to the inner-workings of a start-up like environment while also pursuing their interest in learning more about the college education process.Interns will engage in research projects related to academic counseling or college selection. We also encourage a collaborative culture and interns will be supported in implementing their own projects. These projects can range from curriculum development to creating videos on student life on various campuses across the United States.
